The Tate Modern is one of my favourite museums. Opened in May 2000, the Tate Modern is the UK's premier museum of Modern Art. The museum is imaginatively housed in an old electric power station right in centre of London on the waterfront. Find out more
Sir John Soane's Museum
Sir John Soane's Museum
This museum was left to the nation in by Sir John Soane in 1837, on the condition that nothing should be changed. Sir John Soane, who was one of Britain's leading 19th century architects, developed a neo-Classical style of his own and designed the Bank of England.

Good Health


Oysters are an excellent source of protein, vitamins (B12, B3, B, B2 and E) and minerals especially zinc, copper, iodine, selenium, potassium and iron). They contain omega-3 fatty acids.

Oysters supply protein for tissue growth and repair, and many vitamins and minerals involved in essential metabolic funcions and maintenance of the health of tissues and organs. vitamin E and selenium have potent antioxidant activity and may help to prevent diseases, including cancer. Omega-3 fatty acids protect the heart and circulation and may help to prevent disease.

Caipirinha
Caipirinha a cocktail made of cachaça (a Brazilian sugarcane liquor), lime and sugar. Cachaça is a spirit distilled from sugarcane. Caipirinha is one of the most popular drinks in Brazil.

Igredients: 1 lime cut in quarters, sugar to taste, 6 tablespoons of "Cachaça", crushed ice.
How to prepare:
1. Place lime quarters and sugar in a short glass
2. Squash with pestle until lime juice is extracted
3. Add "Cachaça" and ice
4. Mix and serve
